Daily amount - what counts and what doesn't
The daily guaranteed amount on each VIP level is paid once every 24 hours, anchored to the device-local wallet clock. Verified: only settled contest entries count toward the daily amount pool. Unverified: pending withdrawals, held bonus balances and refunded entries are not counted; those are tracked separately on the wallet screen.
What counts toward the daily amount:
- Settled contest entries. Each settled contest entry contributes the full entry stake to that day's pool, up to the level cap.
- Settled match-data bets. Match-data wagers settled in the same 24-hour window count at face value.
- Carry-over on inactivity. If a level hits its daily cap early, the surplus does not roll over to the next day - the daily amount resets at the wallet clock boundary.
What does not count:
- Pending withdrawals and bonus balances held for KYC review.
- Refunded entries and voided contests.
- Promo credits issued by the destination surface (see promos hub) - those pay out through the bonus card, not the daily amount.
How cashback and free withdrawals settle
The cashback tier on each VIP level is paid on net losses over a rolling 7-day window. Verified: the cashback base is the difference between total stakes and total returns, with refunds and promo credits removed before the percentage is applied. Unverified: stakes placed during the 24-hour pending-withdrawal window are excluded until the withdrawal either completes or rolls back.
Free-withdrawal limits are tracked per calendar month. Verified: each VIP level grants a fixed number of free withdrawals per month; additional withdrawals carry the published fee rather than the free flag. At VIP13 and above, free withdrawals are unlimited.
If a cashback or free-withdrawal entry is missing on the wallet screen, the most common causes are:
- The entry is on a pending withdrawal - the cashback row will surface once the withdrawal settles or rolls back.
- The level changed during the rolling window - the cashback uses the lower level's percentage for the days before the level change.
- The free-withdrawal counter has reset on the 1st of the month - free withdrawals from the prior month no longer appear.
How level maintenance and demotion work
VIP level maintenance is anchored to a rolling 30-day window on the wallet clock. Verified: the maintenance floor for each level is the bet volume listed on the snapshot timestamp. Unverified: a level-up bonus paid once does not count toward the maintenance floor on subsequent months, and a cashback credit paid on a level-up does not roll over to a later month.
What level maintenance evaluates:
- Bet volume. Settled contest entries plus settled match-data wagers, counted at the level's snapshot timestamp. Refunded entries and voided contests do not count.
- Window. A rolling 30 days, anchored to the wallet clock. The window does not pause on inactivity; a level maintained in month 1 by a high-volume week that is followed by three quiet weeks may demote at the day-30 boundary.
- Floor. The minimum bet volume to keep the level. Floors are not published per level; the demotion decision is read against the snapshot timestamp the level was set at.
- Demotion rule. If the rolling 30-day volume falls below the floor on the boundary, the level demotes by one. Multiple consecutive boundary misses demote by one per boundary, not by the full gap.
Level-up bonuses and how they settle
The level-up bonus on each VIP level is paid once when the level is reached, not on the boundary of the maintenance window. Verified: the bonus is paid to the wallet bonus card on the day the level is reached and is withdrawable on the same rules as the daily amount. Unverified: a level-up bonus paid for a level that is later demoted does not claw back; once paid, the bonus stays on the wallet.
How a level-up bonus settles:
- Trigger. A settled contest entry or wager tips the rolling 30-day volume over the level's floor before the next maintenance boundary.
- Credit. The bonus is credited to the wallet bonus card on the same day, with the level and the boundary timestamp attached to the row.
- Withdraw. The bonus is withdrawable on the same rules as the daily amount: above the level's free-withdrawal limit, the published fee applies; below, the free flag applies.
- Demotion. If the level is later demoted, the bonus already credited stays on the wallet and is not clawed back. The cashback tier on the new level applies from the day of the demotion.
Cashback base, refunds and promo credits
The cashback tier on each VIP level is paid on net losses over a rolling 7-day window. Verified: the cashback base is the difference between total stakes and total returns, with refunds and promo credits removed before the percentage is applied. Unverified: stakes placed during the 24-hour pending-withdrawal window are excluded until the withdrawal either completes or rolls back.
What enters the cashback base:
- Total stakes. The sum of all settled contest entries and settled match-data wagers in the rolling 7-day window, at face value.
- Total returns. The sum of all winnings credited to the wallet in the same window, at face value, before any cashback or fee is applied.
- Refunds removed. Refunded contest entries and voided contests are removed from both the stakes and the returns before the percentage is applied.
- Promo credits removed. Promo credits issued by the destination surface (promos hub) are not part of the cashback base; they pay out through the bonus card, not the cashback tier.
