Come FAQ: four decision categories

Come questions are split into install, account, payments and responsible use. Each answer carries a verified-vs-unverified split so the reader sees which fields are source-backed and which are still being verified.

Install

Why does Android 13 block the Come install by default?
Android 13+ blocks installs from any source that is not the Play Store. Verified: this is a system policy. The fix is to allow the source per app, named in the install walkthrough.
What does "verified package" actually mean?
The verified install route is the first-party one. Verified: a package signature must match the published hash. Unverified: third-party mirrors are not part of the route and should be avoided.
What if my device runs Android 6?
Come targets Android 7.0+. Verified: lower devices are out of support. The support desk lists upgrade options.

Account

Where does KYC happen?
Inside the Come app under Settings. Verified: KYC is required before the first withdrawal. The exact fields are listed in the feature breakdown.
How do I set a self-limit?
Settings → Account → Self-limit. Verified: the daily, weekly and monthly tiers are persisted server-side and survive reinstall.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Verified: send a deletion request via the support form; pending balance is settled before closure.

Payments

Which payout methods are listed?
UPI and bank transfer. Verified: UPI settles fastest; bank transfer takes 1-3 working days. The wallet screen shows the current state.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
Verified: ₹200 after KYC. Unverified: sponsor-published thresholds may change; the wallet screen is the source of truth at request time.
Are deposits instant?
Verified for UPI; bank deposit times vary. Pending status is visible in the wallet screen until settled.

Responsible use

Who is Come for?
Adults, 18+. Verified: this is the published eligibility rule. The responsible use page lists self-exclusion and limit tools.
Where do I find self-exclusion?
Settings → Account → Self-exclusion. Verified: cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days are supported.
Does Come publish payout percentages?
Verified: contest tiers publish top-10/15% winner bands. Unverified: specific RTP figures are not published at the brand level.
